The Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) Member of Parliament for Constituency 039 in Falaba District, Hon. Mohamed Billoh Shaw, has been awarded as “MP of the Year 2022”.
The event, which was organized by FULBHE and took place at the Radisson Blu on 30 December 2022, attracted people from all walks of life.
The recipient, Hon. Billoh informed a cross section of the Press Gallery at his office in Parliament, Tower Hill in Freetown, that the award was a testament of appreciation by his constituents that they were appreciative of every little effort he made for them.
Hon. Billoh revealed some of the ongoing projects in his constituency including the constructions of two mosques at Manna (Ward 126) and Bangalun; one school at Bontala and one other school project at Janelah (Ward 125); a multi-purpose hall and radio station at Gbindi among other things that were going on simultaneously.
