The All People’s Congress (APC) Member of Parliament, representing the Northern District of Tonkolili, Hon. Aaron Arun Koroma has, in the township of Mile 91, ended a day’s engagement with residents on the outcome of the post-elections dialogue that ended the political standoff between the APC and the Bio-led administration.

During the one day engagement, Hon. Koroma shed light on the devotion of the party to end the non participation in governance.

He also elucidated further that the party did not go to court simply because they didn’t trust the judiciary. He cited the plethora of cases that were before the court, which till date there was no justice to those cases.

“As a party, the boycott was an alternative method of registering our   disappointment with regards to the outcome of the June 24 general elections which didn’t reflect the views of the majority, Hon. Aaron noted.

He concluded that with the intervention of the external arbiters, drawn from the African Union, Economic Community of West African States and Commonwealth, the party decided to end its non participation in governance.
