The Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Mohamed Lamin Tarawalley, is leading a team from the Office of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to participate in the High Level Segment of the 52nd Session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva, Switzerland.

The high level segment of the Human Rights Council is an opportunity for heads of Governments, Ministers and Deputy Ministers to address the Council on broad ranging human rights issues as it relates to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

As this segment provides the platform for governments to highlight significant human rights gains; Mohamed Lamin Tarawalley will discuss the strides Sierra Leone made and bring to the fore Government’s perspective on human rights challenges not least during the COVID-19 pandemic including vaccine distribution.
